Membership renewals will be collected by committee members at training sessions from Sunday 22nd - Friday 27th January 2017 (except Tuesday 24th).

Please bring the completed form (and a cheque or cash) to one of those sessions where there will be a committee member present to check the form and take membership payments. In addition to the one-off membership payment (cheque or cash) you must also have an active standing order for the relevant training fees and provide the reference for this on the Membership Application Form. Training fees and instances where a reduction may apply are indicated on the form. 

If you are not able to bring your form to one of these sessions please email the club secretary. Otherwise, swimmers who have not re-joined during this period may find their ASA membership lapsed and will then be treated as a new member and be subject to the initial joining fee. Swimmers may also not be allowed to train.

The form contains a photography consent section. Photographs of swimmers may be useful for the website, promotional material and video review of swimmers techniques may be used as part of the training programme. We aim to follow ASA Guidines on Photography. Please note that refusal to give your consent for photography of your child will NOT influence their selection for Galas or prejudice them in any way.

You are also required to indicate on the Membership Application Form that you have read and agree to adhere to the relevant Codes of Conduct.
